Policies

Terms & Conditions

By using this website or booking an appointment with Aashirya Dental Care, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refunds policy and Consent for Treatment.

Using this website

The information on this website is general and is not a diagnosis or a substitute for an examination. Every patient is different, and treatment is planned only after we have examined you. Before-and-after photographs show results for particular patients and are not a promise of the same result for you.

Booking an appointment

  • Online bookings are for a consultation. Treatment is planned and agreed after your examination.
  • Please give accurate contact details. We use them to confirm and remind you about your appointment.
  • A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.
  • Patients under 18 must be booked and accompanied by a parent or guardian. We see children aged 10 and above.

Fees and estimates

Prices on this website are starting prices. After your examination we give you a written estimate. We will not carry out treatment, or add to it, without explaining the cost and getting your agreement.

Paying

Nothing is paid online when you book. The consultation fee and any treatment are paid at the clinic, by UPI, card or cash.

On the day

Please arrive a few minutes early. If you are late, we will try to see you, but your appointment may need to be shortened or moved so that other patients are not kept waiting.

Cancelling or changing

Our Cancellation & Refunds policy explains how to reschedule or cancel, and how payments for treatment are refunded or adjusted.

Respect and safety

We treat every patient with respect and ask the same in return. We may decline or end an appointment if a patient is abusive or unsafe towards staff or other patients.

Our responsibility

We provide care with professional skill and attention. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our control, such as power, internet or payment-system failures, beyond refunding or rescheduling the affected booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you book applies to that booking.
