The consultation fee
Nothing is paid online when you book. The consultation fee is paid at the clinic on the day of your visit, by UPI, card or cash.
Cancelling
There is no charge for cancelling, or for a missed appointment. If you cannot come, please cancel at least 24 hours before if you can, so we can offer the time to another patient, often someone in pain.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule once online, up to 24 hours before your appointment, at no charge. For a later change, or a second change, please call or WhatsApp us and we will do our best to help.
If we need to cancel
If we have to cancel or move your appointment, for example because of an emergency, we will contact you as early as we can and offer you another time.
Payments for treatment
Payments for treatment made at the clinic are covered by your written estimate. If a planned treatment is not carried out, any amount paid for it in advance is refunded or adjusted, less the cost of work already done or laboratory work already ordered, which we explain to you first.
