Who we are
Aashirya Dental Care is a dental clinic at D-65 Basement, opp. The Pinnacle School, Block D, Panchsheel Enclave, New Delhi 110017, run by Dr. Urvashi Tanwar. We decide how your personal information is used and are responsible for it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to book and provide your care:
- Contact and booking details: your name, phone number, email address, appointment time, the reason for your visit and any note you add.
- Your consent record: the date and version of the consent you agreed to when booking.
- Clinical records: your medical and dental history, examination notes, X-rays, clinical photographs and treatment details, kept at the clinic.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
How we use it
- To book, confirm, remind you about and manage your appointments
- To examine, diagnose and treat you, and to keep accurate records
- To issue bills and keep our accounts
- To reply to your questions
- To meet our legal and professional obligations
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Clinical photographs
Dr. Urvashi photographs teeth as part of diagnosis and treatment. These photographs are part of your confidential record. We show a photograph on our website or social media only with your separate written permission, and in a way that does not identify you unless you agree.
Who handles your information
Our booking system and records are kept with trusted services that process information on our behalf:
- Hostinger (our website, and the clinic system that keeps bookings and records)
- Gmail (the booking confirmations and messages we email you)
We share clinical information with a visiting specialist or a laboratory only when it is needed for your treatment, and with others only when the law requires it.
Your booking link
Your confirmation email contains a personal link to view, reschedule or cancel your booking. Anyone with the link can open it, so please do not forward it.
How long we keep it
We keep clinical records for as long as the law and professional guidelines require, and booking and payment records for as long as needed for accounts and tax. After that, they are deleted or securely destroyed.
Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Show you the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete information we no longer need to keep by law
- Withdraw consent for anything that depends on consent, such as showing your photographs
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We reply within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
Access to records is limited to the people who need it for your care. Our online systems use secure, password-protected accounts. Paper records are kept locked at the clinic.
